No doubt about Hand grenade attacked was ordered by Hun Sen. Hun Sen has been a criminal for killing innocent Camgodian as follow:
1. Killing innocent Cambodian in Eastern zone betweeen 1975-1978.
2. Killin innocent Cambodian in 1980s known as K 5 plan.
3. Killing innocent Cambodian in 1997 known as hand grenade attack.
4. Sold the whole nation to yuon in inchange for personal power.
Note: The whole international communities, UN, US they allknow ver well about thses crimminal act by Hun Sen but they have turned blind eyes to the so-called Hun Sem government created by late Ho Chi Minh in 1951 and led by Son Ngoc Minh or better known as Achar Mea to put Lao and Cambodian under yuon annex and to exterminate ethnic Camboina from their homeland one of many other dirty tricks of yuon Hanoi to achieve this is by using Hun Sen as a politcal tool to influx million of illegal yuon migrants into Camhbodia to comply yuon genocide Khmer know as Indochina Federation.

Dumb Yuon forces have been hiding in Khmer/Cambodia land to protect evil Dumb Yuon CPP crooks and clans and Dumb Yuon dog Hun Sen.
The gullible Khmer and foreign people did not know that Dumb Yuon hidden faces in Khmer uniforms have shot the grenades into the crowds of Khmer/Cambodia Opposition Parties in 1997 without or with the order of Dumb Yuon Hanoi masters.
The UN and U.S. did not know Dumb Yuon masters in Hanoi orders the coupes to attack the Khmer opposition parties. However, the U.S. Officials mostly blamed Dumb Yuon dog/slave Hun Sen more than Dumb Yuon masters in Hanoi who were the behind the attacks against the unarmed civilians.
If the U.S. Officials and UN or even China would have found out the Dumb Yuon masters involved the serious attacks to protected Dumb Yuon slave Hun Sen, then the serious pressures and sanction against Dumb Yuon masters in Hanoi and Dumb Yuon followers. Yes, Dumb Yuon master-minded bastards in Hanoi have been mostly the criminals and have not been investigated their involvement of the grenades attacks against unarmed civilians including American people.
