Cambodia under Hun Sen's rule is not suitable for UN security council seat. Because his personal behavior and policy are so arrogant. He always humiliates Cambodia in all international stages such as in many ASEAN's summits and on press conferences, even in front of National Assembly. He has no knowledge in interpersonal and diplomatic communication and show no leadership skill even he has holed power for more than 2 decades. Instead, he is famous in violation of human rights, corruption, and persecution his political opponents.

If this election is in Cambodia under NEC, Hun Sen's Government will win.
